Myles McDougall was elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Calgary-Fish Creek on May 29, 2023.
He is currently a member of the following committees:
- Standing Committee on Public Accounts
- Standing Committee on Resource Stewardship.
Mr. McDougall has had a diverse career as an economist, corporate executive, technology entrepreneur, management consultant, adviser and teacher.
He has a self-proclaimed passion for public service and has lived, worked and studied internationally, including in Argentina, where he met his wife of 25 years, Patricia. Together they have a son.
He was the 978th Member to be sworn into the Legislative Assembly of Alberta.
